As well as Bed and Breakfast, we also provide the following services to help our guest enjoy their holiday to Spain:

Alicante airport pick up or drop off 15,00€

Lunch served on request. 10,00€ per person
     Includes lunch and glass of wine or soft drinks.

Evening dinner or barbecue on request. 15,00€ per person
     Includes dinner or barbecue and wine or soft drinks.

Internet Access.

Fans available during the summer.

Heaters for the winter months.

Secure parking.

Mature garden for relaxing.

Private swimming pool and sun loungers.

Laundry facilities for guests staying more than 7 days.

If you are celebrating a special occasion, anniversary or birthday while on holidays, we can provide fresh flowers, chocolates and a bottle of wine/cava in your bedroom for an additional 30,00€
Bed and Breakfast Policies

There is a two day minimum duration.

No smoking inside the house.

Children are welcome, however no childcare is provided.

We regret we do not accept Guest’s pets.

30% deposit is required on reservation.

Check in time after 1:00 pm Check out time is 11:00 am.

Reservation Policies
  Once a reservation request has been made a confirmation email will be sent with instructions of how to pay the deposit and detailed directions to our Bed and Breakfast.    
Cancellation Policies
  Full refund is given minus banking transactional costs when 4 weeks’ notice is given before the arrival date.
